Hangul-ing it up.

So.. Korean is my new buzzzzz right now. :) I've been watching a Korean show called F(x) Koala and I'm in love with the language. lol. Only me, I guess. :/

Confession time. ;O 3 years ago when I started learning Spanish, I only started because I was inspired by a music video that I saw. So... I don't think it is foolish for me to want to learn Korean based off of that same motivation. :) (My ignorant reasoning) I don't want to mention the artist of the video or the song. XD

I think it would be one of the easier eastern languages to learn. Only because the alphabet is only like 31 or 34 letters or something and Hangul is really easy to read.(SO FAR) Plus+++ It's not as tonal as some of the other languages. Really looking forward to this in the near future.


I leave for basic in ~28 days :O Holy fuck...... I'm excited!! But I would be even more excited if I were in Spain (or a newly loved, Korea) for school already. :( I'm sure I will be fine. :) Matt Chapman 'fiiiiting'!!!! XD too early? lol

K-pop

So I was on YouTube today(shocker) and I noticed something about one of the top 10 videos. Number 8 was a K-pop(Korean pop) video. :O

Out of extreme curiosity I HAD to watch it!!

It wasn't that bad actually. lol It's on my phone now anyway. :P

I don't have a creepy anime Asian girl fetish or anything but there is something hypnotic about group dancing! Since most K-pop is like that they're all entertaining to watch. But anyway "2NE1" is the group that made it on the top 10. So....CONGRATS!! :3 <- anime smile that I thought was appropriate.

They don't have shit on my F(x) girls though. :)

Post Apocalyptic Clothing

There is something about post apocalyptic clothing that is so hot and cool looking. Lol Why does it take a disaster for people to design bad ass looking clothes?

I love the whole underground scene thing. Not really sure why. Maybe it's the idea that resources are limited and Darwinism would be more prevalent. The older method of trade would surely come back and you can bet your buttons that if Britney Spears and I had to fight over a ham sandwich, I would kick that bitch's ass. :P JS Sorry Britney <3 (Maybe I would share it) BUT ONLY THE CRUST!!! MUAHAHA >:) I do like " Till The World Ends" though :)

Honestly, you need to be ready for both types of apocalypses. In the movies The Book of Eli, The Road, I am Legend, Legion, Daybreakers, The Crazies.. ect; Those movies were all dry apocalypses. ( I made up the term dry apocalypse)

Then there are movies like 2012, The Day After Tomorrow, Waterworld,..ect. Those would be the wet apocalypse types where land would be an issue and survival (in my opinion) would be harder.

Maddy's little quick questions.

SO... .. lol not exactly sure how to start this blog off. Here it goes. So.. haha I'm trying not to laugh while typing this but it was so funny I can't stop.

I was standing in the kitchen eating a pickle and I hear Maddy call for me from her room. Knowing she will not understand anything I yell back, because of the distance I mumble something like " Ok, I'm on my way." Walking to her room, I kind of drag my feet as I walk through the hallway to give her warning that I'm approaching. I didn't want this to be another 'String' incident so I ask " What do you want turd?"

She says " I wanted to tell you that (cuts off mid sentence) Is that a pickle?"

blah blah blah... "Are there anymore left?" yah

/we walk to kitchen

lmao as she is waving her pickle at me she says " SO.. Yeah.. Um.. Don't think I'm weird but I have a question for ya XD"

~*Mayan Madness*~

While studying up on the Mayans for my Spanish culture project, (that is due today) I learned that Mayans are one of the few civilizations that worshiped time. I don't know why I was awestruck by that...or for that matter why I'm even on my blog. :/ For my project I was going to entertain my class with their Mayan horoscopes, but I've decided that I couldn't find a reliable source. good excuse right? nahh? well maybe I will just wing it. (Ca'CAHH!! mutha fker) Instead I've chosen to study the culture and give a speech pertaining to the calender and explaining it. Hopefully that goes well. :) Because everyone knows my speeches are da bomb. *tick, tick, boom* Speaking of time. :D I have a watch now! (kinda) Well.. It was given to me. Right before my unclce -moved out- (I used this term lightly) he was going through all of his personals that he was going to bring with him and he came across the watch. Uncle: Wanawach ( Translation)= would you like a watch? Me: Um.. sure. Uncle:Iwasgonagiv't tadany butheleff (Translation) = I was going to give it to my son be he is a fuck up and I already have one so you may have it if you wish. Me: thanks ;D I have no use for it and it will more than likely never be worn by me. well.. that's not entierly true. I wore it a few nights ago and it felt weird .. like I had a dead famiy member and the only thing I have left was his watch. ummm no thanks. Now I have a comeback to that lame ass " What time is it?
